REFUND POLICY

Refund policy:
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items through gift cards.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

What is the total delivery time for my order?

All orders are processed in 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed during holidays or weekends.

The estimated delivery time of your order depends on the shipping method that you choose during checkout.

All our shipping is through courier services. We provide it to each and every one of our customers for free.

It may take 1 to 3 days to process.

But in South India it can reach your hands within 1 day to 3 days.
In North India you can get your order within 7 days.

Which locations do you deliver to?

Our works can be purchased from anywhere in India. Likewise we will deliver to you anywhere in India. But there will be only one condition. Our couriers should be available there.

How do I check the status of my order?

What should I do if the tracking number I receive is not working?

We make sure our delivery alerts help you stay on top of orders. If the tracking number does not work, we recommend tracking using the order number. Alternatively, you can contact our customer service team.
